White Beans and Sweet Potato Mush

3 persons (side dish)  under 5,00€;  Easy







Ingredients:
300g white beans
1 medium sweet potato
a gulp of milk
1 tbsp butter
salt
1/2 tbsp tahina
pepper
ground nutmeg  
1 squeeze of lemon juice

How to prepare:
1. Boil the sweet potato with the soaked beans until tender.
2. Turn both into a mush in the food processor. Add the butter and the milk to get a mush that is not too thick.
3. Season to taste with the salt, pepper, nutmeg, tahina and lemon.

Serve warm with a fresh tomato and cucumber salad.
