Ingredients:
6 Eggs
3 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tsp butter
Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg
How to Prepare:
- Warm the oven to 180ºC.
- Brush an oven resistant tray with melted butter.
- Break the eggs into the tray.
- Add 1/2 a tbsp yogurt next to each egg.
- Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Put in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- Delicious as a side dish to be served with any other vegetarian favourite.
