2 medium Sweet Potatoes
1 onion
5 figs
1tsp chilly powder
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Balsamic Vinegar Glaze (for decoration)
How to prepare:
- Cut the sweet potatoes into dices and roast it in the oven (190ºC) for about 1/2 an hour.
- Meanwhile cut the onion into elongated pieces and tender in the wok with a little bit of salt, pepper, olive oil and the chilly powder.
- Mix the roasted potatoes with the seasoned onions and the figs.
- Decorate with a line of the balsamic vinegar glaze.
