Beetroot Cream

3 Persons; 1,00€; Very Easy



Ingredients:
1 beetroot
1/2 sweet potato
1 tbspn Ricotta Cheese
1 drop White WineVinegar
1 tsp Mustard
Salt, Pepper and freshly grounded nutmeg

How to prepare:
1. Peel and dice the beetroot and the sweet potato.
2. Boil both in water and salt until tender.
3. Blend them in the food processor, and add all the seasoning except for ricotta.
4. Incorporate the ricotta and serve on your favourite cereal biscuit.
