Ingredients:
200 ml water
50 gr butter
4 eggs
150 gr grated cheese
Salt
Saffron
How to prepare:
- Turn on the oven at 180ºC.
- Boil the water with the salt and butter, turn off the hob.
- Shot in the flour mixed with the saffron,and mix vigorously and until you get an homogeneous thick dough.
- Meanwhile beat the eggs with the grated cheese and add to the dough. Mix again until it is shinny and totally homogeneous.
- Cover the oven tray with non sticking baking paper, and scoop the dough onto the tray. Put in the oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes and keep in the oven for another e minutes to cool.
- Serve hot with a green and red salad.
