Gingered Flat Beans

3 persons, 5,00€, Medium



Ingredients
1 small block of seitan
500 gr flat beans
1 onion
Lemon juice and rind
12 Grapes
Olive oil
Grated ginger to taste
Salt

How to prepare:
Slice the seitan and grill
Peel and slice the onion finely and cut the flat beans in half lengthwise;
Using the wok with a drop of olive oil cook the onion with the grated ginger just to tender and mix the flavours;
Add the flat beans and allow 15 minutes to cook, you can use a lid;
Season with salt, lemon juice and rind and add some more ginger if required for your taste;
Serve hot with roasted sweet potatoes.
